Barracuda families!

We are fortunate enough to have Coach Lindsay from the year round team Marlins of Raleigh (MOR) offer a free Breaststroke Clinic this Saturday during practice.  This is a great opportunity for our swimmers to work on their technique and receive feedback.  We have adjusted the practice times as follows to accommodate her schedule:

• 9:00-9:40 Ages 11 and Up
• 9:40-10:20 - Ages 10 and under
• 10:00-10:30 Beta Practice will occur as normal
